Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains when Vidlogi may issue refunds for paid subscription plans. By completing a purchase on the Platform, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

1. Monthly Subscriptions

Vidlogi offers monthly recurring subscriptions. Charges happen at the start of each billing cycle, and credits refresh with each new cycle.

You can view your current plan, next renewal date, and billing history from your Profile page.

2. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your Profile page. When you cancel:

  • your subscription will not renew at the next billing date
  • you keep access and remaining credits until the paid period ends
  • after the paid period ends, your account returns to the Free plan
  • cancellation does not create an automatic refund for the current billing period

3. Refund Eligibility

A full refund may be issued in the following cases:

  • your paid plan or credits never activated because of a technical error on our side
  • you were charged more than once for the same billing cycle
  • the request concerns the first Starter payment on the account, you are a new subscriber, you contact us within 7 calendar days, and you have used less than 20% of included plan credits
  • your subscription renewed after you had already submitted a cancellation request that failed because of a platform error

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued when:

  • more than 7 days have passed since the first Starter charge
  • you have used 20% or more of the included plan credits
  • the charge is a renewal, upgrade, downgrade, or plan switch rather than the first Starter payment
  • you forgot to cancel before renewal
  • the account was suspended or terminated for policy or Terms violations
  • the account shows abusive, fraudulent, or policy-violating use
  • partial months are not prorated or refunded

5. Plan Changes

Upgrades take effect immediately and may bill the price difference at the time of change. Downgrades take effect on the next renewal.

Plan changes do not qualify for the Starter refund guarantee and do not restart or extend the refund window, except for duplicate or erroneous charges.

6. How to Request a Refund

Include the following in your request:

  • the email address associated with your Vidlogi account
  • the date of the charge
  • the plan name and billing amount
  • a short explanation of the request

We review requests within 3-5 business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method and may take up to 10 business days to appear depending on the bank or card issuer.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes are posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Platform after an update means you accept the revised policy.
