Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains the conditions under which Vidlogi may issue refunds for paid plans. By completing a purchase on the Platform you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

1. One-Time Payments

All plan purchases on Vidlogi are one-time payments. There are no recurring charges or automatic renewals. Credits are added to your account immediately upon successful payment and are valid for 30 days from the date of purchase.

2. Eligibility for a Refund

We evaluate refund requests on a case-by-case basis. A refund may be issued if:

  • You were charged but credits were never added to your account due to a technical error.
  • You were charged more than once for the same plan (duplicate payment).
  • You submitted a refund request within 48 hours of the original purchase and have used fewer than 10% of your purchased credits.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • You have already used a significant portion of your purchased credits.
  • More than 48 hours have passed since the original purchase.
  • Your account has been suspended or terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service.
  • You cancelled your plan but your credits have already been consumed.
  • The request is related to dissatisfaction with AI-generated output quality, which is inherently variable and subjective.

4. Plan Cancellation

You may cancel your plan at any time from your Profile page. Cancelling a plan does not trigger an automatic refund. Your remaining credits will stay active until their expiry date, after which your account will revert to the Free plan.

Cancellation stops any future obligation on your part — since our plans are one-time payments, there is nothing further to cancel from a billing perspective.

5. How to Request a Refund

Include the following information in your email:

  • The email address associated with your Vidlogi account
  • The date of the purchase
  • The plan you purchased
  • The reason for the refund request

We will review your request and respond within 3–5 business days. Approved refunds are processed through the original payment method and may take up to 10 business days to appear on your statement depending on your bank.

6. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Platform after any change constitutes your acceptance of the new policy.
