These Terms govern your access to and use of Vidlogi. By registering, signing in, or generating media, you confirm that you have read and accepted them.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated version. The current version and date appear at the top of this page.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform. If you use the Platform for an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity that happens under your account.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, remain inactive for an extended period, or create operational or security risk.

You also may not reverse-engineer, scrape, or systematically extract data from the Platform beyond normal authorised use.

You may not use the Platform to create, upload, or distribute content that:

• is unlawful, deceptive, defamatory, or fraudulent
• infringes intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or data protection rights
• is sexually explicit, exploitative, hateful, violent, or otherwise abusive
• contains malware, spam, impersonation, or attempts to bypass platform limits or access controls

Credits are deducted per generation. Costs vary by model, output type, quality settings, and duration.

Credits are non-transferable, have no cash value, and unused credits do not roll over unless a plan explicitly says otherwise.

Paid plans are monthly recurring subscriptions. Your plan renews automatically, and credits refresh at the start of each billing cycle.

Refund eligibility is governed by the Refund Policy. In general, refunds may apply to duplicate charges, activation failures, or the first Starter payment for a new subscriber who contacts us within 7 days and remains under 20% of included credits. Renewals, upgrades, plan changes, abusive usage, and mid-cycle cancellations are not eligible.

You retain ownership of the prompts and inputs you provide, subject to the rights you grant us and any applicable law.

Ownership and permitted use of AI-generated outputs can depend on the underlying model provider and applicable local law.

If you make content public, you grant Vidlogi a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display, distribute, and promote that content on the Platform and in related marketing.

We may review, restrict, hide, remove, or report content that we reasonably believe violates these Terms, applicable law, or the rights of others.

We are not required to monitor all content, and removal does not create liability or admission by either party.

AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, or unsuitable for a specific purpose.

Do not use AI outputs as the sole basis for medical, legal, financial, safety-critical, biometric, electoral, or other high-stakes decisions.

Parts of the service rely on third-party model providers, and their policies and technical limits also apply.

The Platform is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis without a warranty of uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or fitness for your specific use.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vidlogi is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, and total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 90 days before the claim.

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Disputes should first be raised in good faith with support before being brought to the competent courts where Vidlogi operates.
