These Terms govern your access to and use of Vidlogi (the "Platform"). By registering, logging in, or generating media, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after any change constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. The current version and its date are always displayed at the top of this page. You are responsible for reviewing this page periodically.

If you registered and accepted a prior version of these Terms, the latest published version automatically supersedes it upon your next use of the Platform.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform. By creating an account you represent that you meet this requirement. If you are using the Platform on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, that are inactive for an extended period, or for any other reason at our sole discretion with or without notice.

You agree not to use the Platform to create, upload, share, or distribute content that:

• Is unlawful, defamatory, fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading
• Infringes any copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, or other intellectual property right
• Violates any person's privacy, publicity, or data protection rights
• Is sexually explicit, exploitative, or involves minors in any sexual context
• Incites violence, hatred, or discrimination based on race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or national origin
• Constitutes unsolicited commercial communications (spam)
• Contains malware, scripts, or code designed to disrupt, damage, or gain unauthorised access to systems
• Impersonates any person, entity, or brand in a misleading way

You also agree not to reverse-engineer, scrape, or systematically access the Platform beyond normal use, or circumvent any technical or access controls.

Credits are deducted per generation. The number of credits consumed depends on the selected model, output type, quality settings, and generation length. Estimated credit costs are shown before generation; actual costs may vary.

Credits are non-transferable and have no monetary value outside the Platform. Unused credits do not roll over indefinitely; plan-specific rules apply.

All purchases are final. Refunds are not provided except where required by applicable law. If you believe a charge was made in error, contact support within 14 days.

Prices, plan features, and credit allocations may change at any time. Changes to active paid plans take effect at the next renewal cycle unless stated otherwise.

Taxes, VAT, and payment processing fees are handled by the applicable payment provider (Stripe, LemonSqueezy). You are responsible for any applicable taxes in your jurisdiction.

You retain ownership of the prompts and inputs you provide. Ownership of AI-generated outputs is subject to the terms of the underlying AI model provider and applicable law, which may vary by jurisdiction.

By making content public, you grant Vidlogi a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to display, distribute, and promote that content on the Platform and in related marketing materials.

You are solely responsible for ensuring you have all necessary rights, licences, and clearances for any input material (including reference images, scripts, or audio) you submit to the Platform.

Vidlogi may, at any time and without prior notice, review, restrict, hide, remove, or report any content that we reasonably believe violates these Terms, applicable law, or the rights of third parties.

We are not obligated to monitor all content but reserve the right to do so. Removal of content does not constitute an admission of liability on either party.

AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, or otherwise unsuitable for specific purposes. Vidlogi makes no warranty regarding the accuracy, quality, legality, or fitness of generated content.

AI outputs must not be used for medical, legal, financial, safety-critical, biometric, electoral, or other high-stakes decisions without independent expert review.

AI models used by the Platform are operated by third-party providers. Their policies and limitations apply in addition to these Terms.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or that results will meet your specific requirements.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Vidlogi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 90 days preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, and thereafter through the competent courts of the jurisdiction where Vidlogi operates.
